Shauna Shauna Jankowiak - Owner, Certified Wedding Specialist

As a child Shauna enjoyed helping her parents create fun, lavish parties for all their family and friends. As an adult she worked for tuxedo and limousine companies assisting with weddings. She decided to develop her talents and expand her knowledge by completing her certification at the Sheffield School of Weddings and Events based out of New York. Their classes and internships supplied her with the confidence to pursue her dreams.

Shauna’s focus, attention to detail, and love for events makes her a valuable asset to your occasion. Her education and strengths combined with over ten years of business experience has enabled her to expertly read contracts, handle budgets, and manage lists so that you have the confidence to make informed decisions.

Shauna has built a reputation in Austin for having a strong work ethic, being organized, focused, and seeing events to completion with every detail considered and in place. Her harmonious nature puts the clients at ease for creating the perfect occasion in a stress free environment. Shauna became the owner of Perfectly Planned Weddings and Events officially in February 2009; however, unofficially she has been the owner since she was a young girl helping her mother hang up decorations and putting the finishing touches on the place settings.

Woodie Woodie Wilson, Event Coordinator

Woodie is an accomplished events coordinator with solid working experience within U.S. military and corporate America. Entering the military right after high school, Woodie was bitten by the event planning bug shortly thereafter. Woodie has overseen such events as US Navy ship change of command & retirement ceremonies and ship-wide command picnics. He has also planned corporate company holiday parties at luxurious hotels and harbor cruises, staff & departmental parties, as well as university graduation ceremonies. Woodie supervised and supported the coordination of logistics as a leader and liaison for all planned events making sure to set and ensure the satisfaction of all event goals.

Woodie’s passion for all things weddings and events are innate. He has always loved helping people bring their dreams to fruition and beyond. The joy and happiness that people feel after an idea was put on the table, gives him such a sense of accomplishment, and natural high. His mind literally goes into hyper drive at very mention of planning any type of event. From concept to clean up, it’s something that he truly loves doing.

Woodie also has a proven repertoire for all aspects of event planning and management including site selection/contract negotiation, proposal planning, transportation arrangement, hotel attrition/cancellation negotiations, registration/database management, on-site project management, and has managed budgets ranging from $10,000 to $150,000 always staying on or under budget. With his stellar knowledge and keen eye for operations and logistics for all things event planning, he is critical to Perfectly Planned's success and is a welcomed addition to the team.
