Why do I need an Event Planner?
Everyone should enjoy their perfect celebration without the stress of the details and we ensure that your friends and family are able to enjoy the occasion with you. We walk you through the process of planning your event from beginning to end. You are able to utilize our discounts, knowledge, services, contacts, and experience to help make your event unique and cost effective. We are able to handle the tasks for your event that you may not have time to take care of with your busy lifestyle. Our different packages allow us to be there for you in a way that best fits your needs.

Does Perfectly Planned work with vendors that I choose?
Yes! Regardless of the vendor you choose, we are there to ensure you receive the best service possible.

How many planners will be at my event?
As many as it takes to give you the perfect day. There will always be at least two planners at every event.

Can Perfectly Planned help with destination weddings?
Yes! For a destination wedding we ask that the client pay for the travel expenses of two planners. You will be given a quote based on the destination and time required.

Are there payment options for me?
Yes! Perfectly Planned offers a payment plan to help with the costs of the event. We understand that hosting any event can be expensive and that spreading out the payments over time is easier.

For our Day of the Event packages we ask for a 50% non-refundable deposit to be due for booking our services for your date and no more than three payments can be made up to two weeks before the event.

For the Full-Service packages, a 20% non-refundable deposit is due to book our services for your date and no more than three payments can be made up to two weeks before the event.
