• Assist with the wedding rehearsal

• Review and coordinate rehearsal and ceremony with officiants, wedding party, and vendors
• Provide wedding day emergency kit
• Create wedding timeline
• Setting up decorations
• Clean up

Day of Reception

• Free initial consultation with bride and groom
• 2 face to face meetings
• 1 pre-wedding location meeting
• Provide etiquette guidance when requested
• Assist bride, groom, and bridal party
• Organize and set up any photos, meal place cards, goblets, cake cutting items, guest book and pen at the reception
• Create wedding timeline
• Clean up
• Oversee venue decor to ensure that setting is laid out in keeping with couple's vision
• Ensure that the timeline is followed according to plan
• Coordinate all reception activities
• Provide wedding day emergency kit

After Reception Activities

• Prepare cake and meal for couple to take from reception
• Distribute tossing items and line up guests
• Load gifts and keepsakes into designated car
